Focus Group 1 Apr 2015

Today I ran a focus group of new entrants to the Department. As there has been an embargo on recruitment for several years now in the Public sector it was difficult to find them. I had to look at people that had recently transferred from other Government Department or switch roles within the department.

There were seven people took part in the focus group and a lot of very good information came out of it. There was confirmation that what we have on the existing course was needed and a few suggestion of possible addition to the current course.

I have taken note and added a few extra sessions based on the feed back; which includes EU Institutions and Legislative Process.
