Kuhlman (2008) was introduced as a good reference book. in the ADDIE mode the ADD refers to the course developer and evaluation happens throughout not just at the end, see <a title=\"ADDIE Model\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hughmclain.ie\/ePortfolioDIT\/?p=230\">separate post<\/a>. Biggs constructive alignment and Blooms Taxonomy should be used when developing a course.<\/p>\n<p>We were advised not to reinvent the wheel and look around for other resources and open education resources that could help in our project.
